7th Annual MIGA Gender Leadership Award: Clean Energy for All

Follow the event on Twitter #AccelerateEquality

Did you know that despite making up 48% of the global work force – women only account for 22% of the traditional energy sector?

Lucy Heintz, Partner & Head of Energy Infrastructure at Actis is on a mission to change that. Her commitment to enhancing Actis’ approach and policies to encourage greater diversity and inclusion is what makes her this year's recipient of the MIGA Gender Leadership Award.

Launched in 2016, the Award (formerly the Gender CEO Award) is designed to recognize senior managers (CEOs or equivalent) working with MIGA, who have a proven track record of seeking to further the cause of women’s advancement and gender equality while contributing to the World Bank Group’s twin goals of reducing poverty and boosting shared prosperity.

Please join us on March 8 to learn more about Lucy's work to bring more women into the energy industry and provide opportunities for professional growth. Her dedication to empowering women and providing clean energy for all is inspiring and we think it will inspire you as well.
