Indeed, Nigeria has suffered terrible loss because of flood., infact ,a village is almost wiped off called Obio Ndot in Oruk Anam LGA Nigeria,lives and property are displaced.Please how can that city be attended to through this programme!

Minister Dieschbourg calls the lack of adequate financing "a real bottleneck" for key city-level climate projects and says this is where the Gap Fund comes in. She also said it is important to scale up efforts on this front and called for more support to the Gap Fund.
