What is the key to achieving the balance between social distancing and lock downs on one hand and making sure people who live in remote areas or are in general unable to access the basic necessities easily or are hardly ever touched by the system, survive? Or is the balance even important at this point? Have countries like India already crossed the point where the poorest will die more because of the policies than because of the COVID-19?
