Maheen Adamjee is the Chief Executive Officer of Dot & Line, a Karachi-based education technology startup providing home-based math and literacy tutoring for children. The company has 500 micro-franchises. Dot & Line hires women tutors, providing employment opportunities for women in Pakistan, which has one of the world’s lowest rates of female participation in the labor force due to cultural and family constraints. Adamjee is a graduate of the London School of Economics, an award-winning journalist, and published writer.
