Carolina Monsalve is a Lead Climate Change Specialist in the Climate Change Group in the World Bank. She has co-led the preparation of the new WBG Climate Change Action Plan, led greenhouse gas accounting as well as climate corporate reporting, and has led the development of climate change policy commitments under IDA19. She has extensive experience leading policy and analytical activities with a special focus on green transportation, as well as a task team lead for transport investment projects. Ms. Monsalve holds a B.A. Honors and an M.A.in Economics from the University of Cambridge, an M.A. in Sociology from Yale University, and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford.
