Zhang Wencai

Zhang Wencai is the Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China. He served as Vice President at the Agricultural Development Bank of China. Dr. Zhang has significant experience in the public sector, including international financial institutions and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of China. He was Director General of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation at the MOF of China, and Alternate Governor for China at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, Director for China at the New Development Bank and at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Dr. Zhang also s as Vice President of the ADB and Executive Director for China at the ADB.
