Xavier Stephane Decoster

Xavier Decoster is a Senior Digital Development Specialist within the Digital Development Global Practice. He has been working with the World Bank since 2015 to support digital connectivity and services operations in the Africa region (Central African Republic, Chad, Ethiopia, Mali, and Niger) and in the MENA region (Algeria, Djibouti, West Bank & Gaza, Tunisia). Since 2020 he is now focused on Cote d'Ivoire, Benin, Togo, and Guinea to support the preparation and implementation of digital analytical works and operations.
