Development economist and expert in private sector development, Dr Sandra Ablamba Johnson, born on April 22, 1980 in Lomé, holds a Doctorate in Economic Sciences, a Diploma of Advanced Specialized Studies (DESS) in Economic Sciences, a diploma in programming and financial policies from the Institute of the International Monetary Fund in Washington and a diploma in Employment Economics from the Academy of the International Labor Office in Turin. She was appointed Minister, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Togolese Republic on September 28, 2020 and also in charge of the Ministry of Planning.
