Samuel Garoni is a Governance Specialist who has been working for over two years at the Global Procurement Unit at the World Bank. His work focuses primarily on procurement reforms and procurement’s impact on the broader socio-economic environment. Before joining the World Bank Group in 2019, Samuel worked for Swisscontact in Cambodia where he implemented projects in private sector development. Before that he worked for different UN agencies in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mexico and Switzerland. He holds a Master of Business and Development Studies from the Copenhagen Business School and the CEMS Master in international management.
