Reine Essobmadje

Reine Essobmadje is the co-founder of Digital Coalition and CEO of Evolving Consulting, a firm specializing in digital transformation in Europe and Africa. She holds a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain and completed a program in Ethics & Corporate Governance at SMU Singapore. She also has a Master of Science degree in Engineering from ECE Paris, where she is recognized in the School Hall of Fame, and completed a management program at Stafford University in the UK.

Reine founded Evolving Consulting in 2009, with offices in Cameroon and France. She is an international consultant for organizations such as the European and African Union, World Bank, African Development Bank, International Telecommunications Union, governments, and the private sector.

She is involved in several organizations related to Women in STEM and entrepreneurship. Reine is the Cameroonian Ambassador of Women In Africa and co-founder of the Digital Coalition, which has ECOSOC status. She is a member of the WIE-Committee at the World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO) and serves on the Tech MBA Advisory Board at IE Business School.

Reine co-authored the book "Rising to The Top," sharing her career journey alongside 53 other women engineering leaders. 

Her awards include the "Women Inspiring Women" EPIC Award from IE Business School in August 2020 and a prize from the African Women Award organization in March 2023 for outstanding women in Business Consultancy/Application Development. She served as the first President of the Digital Economy Committee (2017-2024) and the first female 1^st Vice-President of the Cameroonian Business Council, GICAM (2020-2023). Before joining the Board of GICAM, she was a Board member at Air e-Go (West Parisian Business Council).
