Leticia Ossa Daza is head of the Latin America Practice and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. For over two decades, Leticia has advised international and domestic clients on successful mergers and acquisitions and other complex cross-border corporate transactions. She has extensive experience advising clients in the financial institutions, technology, infrastructure and consumer goods space, among others.
Leticia has repeatedly been named among Latin America’s top corporate lawyers. She was named to Latinvex’s “Top 100 Lawyers” in Latin America (2020 - 2024) for her excellence in Corporate/M&A and “Top 100 Female Lawyers” (2014 – 2023) for her achievements in Banking & Finance and Corporate/M&A (2017 – 2023). The Legal 500 included her on its 2022 “Private Practice Powerlist,” recognizing leading U.S. attorneys with a focus on Mexico, and she was also named to Lawyers of Color’s 2022 “Law Firm Leaders” list. In 2018, the International Committee of Women Together presented Leticia with its annual Women Together Award for excellence in banking and international finance, and she was subsequently profiled by leading Colombian business publication Portafolio Magazine. In 2017, Leticia was recognized as one of four LatinoJustice “Latina Trailblazers.” She is an active member of YPO, Young Presidents’ Organization, and is a supporter of many charities, including Aid for Aids/Aid for Life.
