Julio Héctor Estrada has a BA degree in Economics from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala and a MBA from INSEAD, France. He has formerly worked on risk management for Citibank, and has been a Strategy Consultant for AT Kearney. He was Associate Director for Latin America of the World Economic Forum. Mr. Estrada founded and led a 200-employee firm in Guatemala. He headed PRONACOM, the national competitiveness promotion agency of Guatemala, and he led and created ANADIE, the office for PPPs in infrastructure in Guatemala. He is currently the Minister of Finance of Guatemala.
