Jay Cline brings over 25 years of professional experience in government, industry, and consulting positions to his role leading PwC’s Americas privacy practice and co-leading the PwC Network’s global privacy team. A nationally recognized thought leader in the privacy profession, he brings a uniquely practical perspective to his multinational clients to create innovative programs and drive systemic change leading cross-functional teams. He has deep knowledge of law, technology, and business, and specializes in all major privacy legislation and information security standards.
Jay has overseen or supported several dozen GDPR assessment and implementation projects including GDPR data inventorying, gap assessments, DPO program design, DPIA execution, data-breach notification testing, right to be forgotten and data portability design, binding corporate rules implementation, and GDPR controls design and testing.
