Helena Lindberg

Helena Lindberg is the first Director General for the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) that was established in January 2009. She was previously the Director General for the Swedish Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and the Swedish Rescue Services Agency (SRSA). Helena has a Master’s Degree in Law. She has worked as an Associate Judge of Appeals, and served as the Deputy Director at the Ministry of Justice and as the Director General for Legal and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Defence. Helena was born in France, in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
