Mr. Dossaev is a Deputy Prime-Minister of Kazakhstan since August 2017.
Previously, he held several high level positions including CEO of Baiterek National Management Holding, Minister of National Economy and the World Bank Governor, Minister of Healthcare, and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He brings a wealth of financial sector experience, having held managerial positions in commercial and state-owned banks.
