Eliana Bracciaforte

Eliana Bracciaforte is the co-founder of Workana, the biggest remote work platform in Latin America. With a double degree in Business Administration and an MBA from IAE Business School, she was a speaker at TEDx Córdoba (Argentina) in 2019 and featured on the cover of Forbes Argentina magazine in April 2023. An advocate for diversity and inclusion in business, these have been critical components of her journey as an entrepreneur and member of the LGBT community. She is also passionate about video games, literature, and cinema.
