Ms. Pakcan has been Citi’s Head of the Middle East & Africa Cluster since May 2021, serving clients across 59 markets, including Central Asia. Ms. Pakcan is based in Dubai. She has also served as Head of Global Trade business at Citi, among other posts. Ms. Pakcan holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.
