Duška Jurišić is Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Most of her professional experience is in journalism in public broadcasting services in Bosnia and Herzegovina. From 2019 to 2023, she was the Manager of Sarajevo Canton Television.

She has been leading the Equality Academy of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the Sarajevo Open Center for five years, whose goal was greater involvement of women in the political, economic and social sphere of life in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a member of the team of Gender Center of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, she has been engaged in drafting of the Strategy for the Prevention and Fight against Domestic Violence 2021-2027.

She has a master’s degree in journalism as well a law degree. She completed her education in Sarajevo and journalism specialization in the United States of America.
