Dr. Doto Mashaka Biteko is the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Energy, United Republic of Tanzania. Prior to that, Mr. Biteko served as the Deputy Minister for Minerals, Minister of Minerals, and Chairman of Energy and Minerals Parliamentary Committee.
