Dr. Dao Trung Chính is the Deputy Director General, General Department of Land Administration (GDLA), MONRE in Vietnam. Dr. Chính is responsible for strategic planning to ensure effective and sustainable management of land resources. He participated in the development of the 2003 and 2013 Vietnam Land Law and is in charge of designing the implementation frame work (Decrees and Circulars), capacity development and monitoring system.
