Belen Marcos

Belen Marcos is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and holds a postgraduate degree in transportation infrastructure from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. She has for 20 years held various positions within the Ferrovial Group, in North America, where she had been assigned since 2005. She most recently held the presidency of CINTRA in the United States. She was appointed Executive Vice-President of VINCI Concessions in 2020.
