In 2003, Amal set up the first organized ICT training institute in Kano that provides IT training to young Nigerians, especially women. In 2013, she founded Outsource Global, a BPO that now has offices in Abuja, Lagos, and Kaduna. Under her leadership, Outsource Global has emerged as the leading Nigerian contact center BPO servicing the international market, creating over 1500 jobs, and putting Nigeria on the global map for business process outsourcing. Amal earned a B.Sc. and master’s degree in business administration from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria.
