H.E. Amadou Cissé was Vice-President of the Islamic Development Bank from 2002 to 2008. He was Senior Minister for Finance, Economic Reforms and Privatization in Niger from 1996 to1998. From 1983 to 1996 and 1999 to 2001 he worked for the World Bank Group. Mr. Cissé holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Economics.
