Alexa serves as Disruptive Technologies Lead at the International Finance Corporation, where she leads a team advising the private sector on how disruptive technologies can open new opportunities around the world. Recent work has focused on initiatives like #Digital2Equal and #DrivingEquality, which use technology to close gender gaps in emerging markets. She also serves as a high-level appointee to the ITU #GenerationConnect Advisory Board. Alexa writes frequently on inclusive innovation and is a contributor to sites like The Guardian, The Stanford Social Innovation Review, and The Council for Foreign Relations. She holds a MSc Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
