Caterina Violante

Good morning all! My name is Caterina, I am political scientist with almost 15 years of field experience in International Organizations (OAS and UN Secretariat), currently pursuing a Master in International Organization Management at Bocconi University (Italy). My field in the UN has been political affairs, coordination with partners/stakeholders and programme management. I am willing to perform roles enhancing my managerial and analitical skills at HQ and/or regional coordination level. To which job family I can apply in the WB? which level would be more appropiate? Are you interested in talents coming from outside the WB but still with experience in the UN system? Thanks for the opportunity of being here and gathering insights!

Is it OK to have gaps in resumé's? Especially when one took time out for family/health reasons? Even when transparent about these gaps, some organisations frown upon then.So how should applicants handle gaps on resumé's?
