David Wilson is Program Director in the Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice. He served as Team Leader of the World Bank’s COVID-19 and Health Emergency Preparedness and Response and as the World Bank’s Global AIDS Director. He has published 150 odd scientific papers and worked in about 60 countries on all continents, including 28 countries in Africa and many fragile and conflict settings in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, East Asia and the Pacific.
