Mr. Xie Zhenhua was former Vice Chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission; he recently been reappointed the position of China’s special representative on climate change and Deputy Director of Committee of Population, Resources and Environment of CPPCC. Mr. Xie has also served as Vice Chair of CCICED for Phase V.
