Paula is fluent in English, French, Portuguese (native), and Spanish and has extensive experience in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa, working in advocacy aimed at implementing changes on the ground through capacity-building, knowledge exchange and community driven development. Paula is a Brazilian lawyer and holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a specialization in International Relations from the University of Brasilia, Brazil.
