Oleksandr Kubrakov

Oleksandr Kubrakov is a Ukrainian economist, civil servant and politician. He currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine - Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. Minister Kubrakov studied at the Kyiv National Economic University and completed a course at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
