Nadine is currently the Manager of the World Bank Group Mediation Services (MEF).  In that capacity, she manages the office which provides workplace mediation, facilitation, and training to World Bank Group (WBG) staff.  She joined the WBG in 2000 as a Mediation Officer for MEF.  She has held several positions within the WBG including: Senior HR Account Manager, IFC, Human Resources; Senior Counsel, Legal Institutional Administration Unit, Legal Vice Presidency; Senior Corporate Case Management, World Bank, Human Resources Vice Presidency; Coordinator, Internal Justice Services and Lead Knowledge Management Specialist, Ethics and Business Conduct.  Prior to joining the WBG, she was employed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (1992-2000).  

During her tenure there she held several positions including Senior Attorney Adviser, Dispute Resolution Specialist and Labor and Employee Relations Officer. She has extensive experience handling complex employment case matters and is a trained mediator, facilitator, arbitrator, and trainer. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Catholic University Columbus School of Law and the Howard University School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate Degree. She also holds a Certificate in Organizational Consulting from Georgetown University. Nadine was also an Adjunct at The Georgetown University Law School.
