Ms. Brown is the acting deputy assistant administrator in USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance. She has more than 20 years of experience with USAID and the U.S. Department of State on a wide range of democracy and governance, conflict mitigation and fragile states initiatives. Prior to her current position, she was the director of the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance’s Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation.
