Inoussa Dambagi

Inoussa Dambagi is an economist and planner with over 40 years of experience in West and Central Africa. From April 2015 to May 2021, he was the coordinator of the World Bank-funded Community Action for Climate Resilience project. Previously, he held several senior positions in Niger and Central Africa. Inoussa Dambagi has extensive field experience in decentralization, land use planning and development and has worked with several international institutions such as the European Union and the United Nations. He holds a degree in development management from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
