Ines Temple, President of LHH-DBM Peru and LHH Chile Ines Temple is President of LHH-DBM Peru and LHH Chile. Both companies are the leading outplacement, talent mobility and executive coaching organizations in their respective countries. She is also President of the Board of Directors of CARE Peru, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support of underprivileged communities in order to eradicate poverty and its underlying causes in Peru.
Ines is a well-known author and business woman in Peru, having written the book "Usted S.A - Empleabilidad & Marketing Personal" in 2010. With this book and her multiple talks, videos and articles on the subject about her career and life experiences, she introduced the concept of "employability" and personal brand in Peru. Usted S.A. is currently in its twelfth edition and has been the second most sold book in Peru in 2012 and 2014. In 2013 it was the first one amongst business books.
She has been President of the Board of Perú2021, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting corporate social responsibility among companies in Peru, as well as President of the board of OWIT Peru, the Organization of Business for Women in Peru. She also serves as a board member in several non for profit and for profit organizations.
