Since January 2020, Lahlou has served as the Vice-President and the President of Human Capital Commission of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM). Following the completion of her education in 1994, she worked in several positions at the ONA Group, an industrial, financial, and services company. She later joined SAHAM GROUP, an African investment company, where she held and holds several managerial functions and as administrator within the Insurance, CX Services, and Education subsidiaries. Since August 2014, she has served as the General Director of Ecole Centrale Casablanca. She was a Member of the Special Commission on the Development Model in 2019 and 2020. She is also an active member of civil society and is the co-founder and the president of “Les Citoyens” association.
Lahlou graduated from the Ecole Centrale of Paris.
