Geraldine Delfino is a psychologist graduated from the Institute of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Montevideo, validated by the Catholic University of Uruguay Dámaso Antonio Larrañaga, in September 1998. She has a diploma in human resources management from the ORT University of Uruguay - Universidad de Chile 1993 -1994.
He worked as a professor of labor psychology and as an instructor of management development courses in Uruguay and Paraguay. She is an expert in the field of national and international organizations, public and private, industrial, commercial and services; and currently she is working with emphasis in the areas of recruitment and outplacement programs. She has also participated in studies of organizational climate, career plans and evaluation of performance systems.
