Enrico is a Chief Counsel (Banking Operations) and member of the Procurement Complaints Committee at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He has spent the last 16 years working in developing and emerging markets, structuring and advising on privatizations, M&A, project finance, PPP and banking transactions (with a focus on China, Russia and Turkey). Enrico is currently teaching an economics course at Sciences Po, Paris ("Financing for Development") and giving lectures on the role of public-private partnerships in developing countries at Queen Mary University (London) and on sovereign lending at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris).
