Cristina Duarte is Cape Verde’s current Minister of Finance and Planning. She also serves as a Member of Board of Governors at African Development Bank and International Monetary Fund. Prior to this, she was a director for a World Bank project on private sector development and competitiveness program in Cape Verde.
