Carla Montesi is currently Director at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Development and Cooperation. She has been responsible for the Directorate "Planet and Prosperity" since 2018 and is also in charge of the investment facilities and of the implementation of the external dimension of the EU’s digital agenda and the Green Deal.
