Bill Parks is the founding president of NRS Inc., the world’s largest seller of paddle sports accessories in the world with customers in over 80 countries. NRS is now 100% employee owned. He was a delegate to the 1986 White House Conference on Small Business Before and during his business career. Retired since 1994, he received his PhD in finance from Michigan State University and taught at the University of Oregon, Colorado State University and the University of Idaho. He continues his research on corporate taxation and has several articles in Tax Notes and other publications.
