Victoria Collis is the Hub’s Interim Managing Director, responsible for leading the organisation, working closely with the Head of Operations as well as other members of the management team. Ms. Collis heads up discussions with donors and represents the Hub externally.
She has spent the last decade working as a resident adviser to senior officials and ministers in education departments in low and middle-income countries including Lebanon, Pakistan, and Nigeria. Ms. Collis specializes in working with governments and other organisations on strengthening their planning and delivery.
