Susan Caceres, Senior Education Specialist, has worked in the field of education for 25 years in various capacities (teacher, Director, technical assistance provider, researcher, and evaluator). She created and monitored numerous early intervention and learning programs, including those for young children with disabilities. She holds a PhD in Education from George Washington University.
