Sebastian Horn is an Economist in the World Bank’s Chief Economist Office. Before joining the World Bank, he was a Postdoc at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy and obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Munich. His research focuses on international finance, sovereign debt and financial development.
