Sara Ahmed is an Operations Analyst in the Infrastructure, PPPs & Guarantees unit of the World Bank Group. She manages the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF)'s Global Public-Private Partnership Knowledge Portfolio. Prior to joining PPIAF, she worked as a Program Manager at AECOM International Development, where she managed USAID-funded programs based in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. She also worked as a graduate fellow at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Development Finance, and at the World Bank Group’s Integrity Vice Presidency. She holds a Master of Arts in International Economics & Energy, Resources, and Environment from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
