Dr. Succès Masra is the Prime Minister of Chad. Dr. Masra is a former Senior Economist at the African Development Bank (AfDB), and a former Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Limited and BNP Paribas Bank Group.
Dr. Masra earned a PhD in Economics from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Dr. Masra also earned graduate degrees in Management from the Lille Catholic University, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and the University of Oxford.
