Rosa Sacre is a Managing Director of Société Générale’s Asset Recovery and Restructuring Management team, part of bank’s Risk Division, with over 20-year experience in the Debt Capital Markets in France, Eastern European countries and on the African continent. She represents the bank in negotiations in the full range of work-out solutions, capital restructurings and formal recovery through the courts.
Prior to joining Société Générale in 2016, Rosa was a Supervisory Board Member in UkrSibbank, BNP Paribas subsidiary in Ukraine and headed Special Situations Group for EMEA in BNP Paribas International Retail Banking (IRB) Division. She had been previously in charge of Russian Corporates in BNP Paribas Vostok in Russia. Rosa holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC and Mannheim Business Schools.
