Phillip M. Hannam

Phil was the team leader for preparation of the Scaling Up to Phase Down report, and also leads work for the World Bank on managing stranded costs amidst global decarbonization. He has worked to support renewable energy and energy storage development in South Asia.  An engineer by training, Phil has a PhD focused on international affairs and energy transitions from Princeton University.
