Mr Paul A Lister, LLB, serves as the Director of Legal Services and Company Secretary at Associated British Foods plc (ABF), having joined the ABF group in that role in January 2001. At ABF, he oversees the legal, company secretarial and corporate responsibility departments, including those of its retail business, Primark. Mr Lister was formerly Associate General Counsel of Diageo plc. He has been a non-executive Director of Illovo Sugar Ltd since 5 September 2006. He holds a law degree from University College London and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
