Mr. Dlamini has been Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of DBSA since September 2012. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company of South Africa. He also worked for South African Airways as the Executive Vice President and General Manager responsible for Cargo as well as the Transnet Limited Business Unit Executive. Mr. Dlamini graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Durban-Westville. He also completed an executive development program from the University of Witwatersrand’s Business School and an advanced executive program from the Kellogg School of Management. His MS is in global finance from New York University. Mr. Dlamini was the chairperson of the Civil Air Navigation Services Organization in the Africa region and SADC Development Finance Institutions. He is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Association of African Development Finance Institutions.
