Paola Mathé launched the headwrap and lifestyle brand Fanm Djanm, meaning “strong woman” in Haitian Kreyol, in 2014. She regularly touches on the proud Haitian heritage that initiated her love affair with color and delivered a TEDx talk titled “Sharing my colors with the world.” Her work has been featured on editorial covers and in fashion campaigns.
Ms. Mathé earned a bachelor's degree in economics and French literature from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.
