Nicola Galombik is Executive Director with Yellowwoods, where she leads efforts to drive economic inclusion and sustainability through its portfolio of businesses and through partnerships in Africa on digital skills, youth employment, impact sourcing, nature-based carbon, and financial inclusion. She is also the founder and a board member of the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. She was awarded the Skoll Award in 2019, the McNulty Prize for her work in the Aspen Global Leadership Network, and the Schwab Foundation award for Social Intrapreneurship. Nicola was a member of South Africa’s Ministerial Task Team on Post School Education and Skills and the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative. Nicola was a Fulbright scholar and holds an MA from New York University.
